Shipping policy
We currently offer flower delivery within selected London postcode areas, as well as free collection from our store.
To check whether delivery is available to the recipient’s address, enter their postcode in the cart. If the postcode is within our delivery area, you will be able to select an available delivery date and time slot before proceeding to checkout.
Delivery Dates and Time Slots
Customers can book delivery up to 14 days in advance.
The following delivery time slots are available:
- 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
- 12:00 PM–3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM–5:00 PM
- 5:00 PM–7:00 PM
Weekend delivery is also available, subject to availability.
Priority Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed before 5:00 PM may be eligible for Priority Same-Day Delivery.
Available same-day delivery times will be shown in the cart based on the recipient’s postcode, the time the order is placed and our remaining delivery capacity.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will normally be scheduled for delivery on the next available day.
If you miss the 5:00 PM deadline, please contact our florists directly on +44 7756 574246. We may still be able to accommodate an urgent same-day delivery request, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Free Store Pickup

Customers can select an available pickup date and time in the cart before proceeding to checkout. Please allow at least one hour for us to prepare your order.
Same-day pickup may be available depending on the time the order is placed and our remaining capacity. The final available pickup time will be shown on the website.
Please do not arrive before your selected pickup time, as your flowers may still be in preparation.
When collecting your order, please have your order confirmation or order number available.
There is no minimum order value or collection fee for Free Store Pickup.
For urgent pickup requests or changes to your selected collection time, please contact our florists. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Pricing
Delivery pricing is based on the total order value:
- Orders below £300: £15 London Delivery
- Orders of £300 or more: Free London Delivery
- Store Pickup: Free
The same London delivery rate applies to all available delivery dates and time slots, including Priority Same-Day Delivery.
Delivery Areas
Delivery is available only within the selected London postcode areas supported by our delivery service.
If your postcode is not accepted in the cart, please contact our team before placing your order. We will confirm whether a special delivery arrangement may be possible.
Additional delivery charges may apply to addresses outside our standard delivery area.
Postcode restrictions do not apply to customers selecting Free Store Pickup.
Delivery and Collection Care
All bouquets and floral arrangements are securely packaged in specially designed flower containers before transportation or collection.
Our delivery partners are experienced in handling flowers and are instructed to keep all arrangements upright, secure and protected throughout the journey.
Customers collecting an order should transport the flowers upright and avoid leaving them in direct sunlight or inside a hot vehicle.
